Preparation: Peel the green bananas. Cut on wheels Place the frying oil in a pan. Let it warm up. Add the sliced ​​bananas and cook. Remove them before they turn golden brown and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Flatten to get the shape of a toston and turn them into the hot oil, this time until they brown. Remove from the oil once golden and place on a paper towel. Sprinkle with a little salt while they are hot. Cut the Mamita's Salami in the thickness of your preference. Put a little oil in a pan. Let this be very hot. Introduce the slices of Mamita's Traditional Salami and let brown. Remove them and place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Arrange the tostones and Mamita's Traditional Salami on a serving plate.
