Stewed Salami

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound Mamita's Salami, diced

½ red bell pepper, julienned

1 red onion, julienned

3 tablespoons of tomato paste ½ cup of drinking water


Preparation:

Heat olive oil, sauté bell peppers, onion, and salami in a medium saucepan. Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, then add water and mix well. Serve yuca or mangu and avocado.
